Jenn★★Spent a lot of money overtime ordering from Pita Luv. Ordered loaded fries, first time sauce missing and was told next time they will put on extra… ok, this time called again and asked if they can just send out the sauce. No didn’t believe me adamant this was put on, asked me to upload a photo to Deliveroo which I did and told to reorder spending another £15 plus delivery fee! All I have is an 80p refund from Deliveroo. Terrible service when we are such good customers.
