Jess★★★★★We had a wonderful lunch at Banana Tree - Chelmsford. We walked in without a booking as it was Boxing Day lunchtime, and it was very quiet. We’re not sure if a reservation is needed during busier times. The lady who served us (so sorry we didn’t catch her name) was incredibly warm and lovely. She helped us choose from the menu and provided excellent customer service. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered two main dishes, and the kids’ meals were free. The atmosphere was very aesthetic and welcoming. We truly loved our visit and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Throughout our whole meal staff were always there to help rather than having to wait half an hour for assistance. Speedy service, we were seated and eating in under 20 minutes!
