Overall a really good experience here. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was fresh, hot and exactly what we ordered, which was great. The only downside was the wait time for the food, which was a bit longer than expected. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it would be nice if orders could come out a little quicker during busy times. Apart from that, everything else was good and I’d definitely come back again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food was fine. The normal Mac food. Service is not good as half the place was closed with the upstairs place too. They did not serve our food in trays, instead we had to take it in paper bags and eat on the tables! This was the case for everyone! They did even provide us with Ketchup!

We often choose McDonald’s because it is a comfortable and familiar place for children, and normally we always feel welcomed. Unfortunately, today’s experience left me very upset and disappointed. Member of staff told me to move while in middle of my meal because she wanted to clean. I was told to sit on a stool in other side of store. Staff grunted at ma and was very disrespectful. I said I did not want to use a stool sit is fir children. She insisted I had to sit on the stool. I walked out and ate my food in the street. I am 70 years old and overweight.
