We popped in between hospital appointments and were pleasantly surprised by this little restaurant. We opted for the lunchtime menu-Bruschetta pomodoro and Fettucine bolognese caprese and pepperoni pizza and 2 home-made lemonades. The food was tasty and hot. The pizza base could have been a bit crispier but we're used to cooking pizzas at home and just prefer that style. The service was friendly and quick. We stopped here for lunch after stumbling across the place with my aunt. From the moment we walked in, the welcome was lukewarm at best. No smiles or greeting, just a waiter who pointed us to a table like we were an inconvenience. The service didn't improve. Our waitress was indifferent and spoke in a tone that felt out of place for a mid-range restaurant. I've genuinely received warmer, more enthusiastic service at a McDonald's. I feel sorry for myself since I was neighbour to this restaurant for over a year and a half never had the chance to drop by..... I came out from work I thought let me go and try their food and thank god I did the food is so delicious and their atmosphere is so quiet and elegant.. definitely will come back for more.
