We went on a Tuesday evening, and usually we get seated on arrival but we had to ask at the bar about a table. They also usually take our order at the table but this time we had to go to the bar, not really an issue just a bit surprised. However after ordering it got to half an hour since we placed our order, I could see my food under the warmer but no sign of my partners burger. We felt the chocolate pudding could do with some ice cream so asked if we would be able to add some ice cream . Not a problem at all said the waitress and she promptly brought us over a scoop each . Excellent customer service . Highly recommend for your Christmas meal or any other meal to be fair . Thank you guys we will be back
