First time back here in a while. Sadly still quite terrible. The place is filthy. It’s desperate for a thorough clean. Tables not cleared. Crumbs on the floor and window frames. Sticky floors. Windows need cleaning inside and out. The temperature always feels muggy in here. And it’s only 10am on Saturday.

Great place for a drink/snack. Friendly, respectful staff, many selections of Costa food items. Plenty of seats available for anyone that wishes to eat in and very clean. Would rhighly recommend to stop by.

Service was quick and polite. Toilets were filthy as usual. Fire doors wedged open presenting a fire safety risk, tables uncleared. However at least the food was ok.

Costa coffee, location Brookfield estate, perfect location if you have shopped yourself out with the multiple stores in close proximity. It is typical Costa fare in respect of the layout, lots of comfy seating, if the weather suits there is seating outside, you will be greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff, whose aim is to please and explain the multiple choices that are on offer. It is very clean with staff clearing tables as soon as someone leaves, I was particularly impressed on how clean the toilets are, I do think this site make a conscious effort to keep the site clean.
