I run an Internet Radio Station and wanted to order a 70th Birthday cake for a loyal listener. The Cake Dream were just that, a dream to deal with! After initial phone contact outlining my idea and wanting local delivery I subsequently kept up the conversation via their "WhatsApp" number. Once the cake was chosen, it was made and iced to my request and promptly delivered the same day. We ordered a gender reveal surprise cake and unfortunately the surprise was completely ruined. Before even taking the cake out of the box at around 6:45pm, you could already see blue showing through the sides of the cake. My husband collected the cake and checked the top before leaving, which looked fine. During the 20-minute drive home, the cake was kept completely flat on the car floor. As soon as we got home, it went straight into the fridge on its own shelf with nothing touching it. The cake also very clearly had not touched the sides of the box at all, so this was not caused by transport

We had such a fantastic experience with this cake shop! The customer service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. My son has severe allergies, which can often make ordering cakes quite stressful, but the team were incredibly understanding, reassuring, and accommodating—it truly wasn’t a problem at all. The sponge was so light and fluffy with the perfect level of sweetness - not heavy at all like most cakes you get from supermarkets these days.
