Coffee was good. I asked for extra hot but did not get it 😒. Place desperately needs a makeover. The last time I saw chairs like these was in the 70s 🤣🤣 Just Saying 😉 This got be on the list for an upgrade.

Took too long to serve a hot chocolate after I'd paid. Every unoccupied table had dirty cups, plates and trays on it - obviously there is no clearing up happening

Waited with no one in front of me for 3 members of staff to have a chat about dogs for an unacceptable amount of time before someone even acknowledged me let alone took my order. Out of the 3 only one of them was actually working..customer service skills nil

I've been here twice now, the first occasion on my own was pretty busy but was still served and handed my drinks within a reasonable time considering the length of queue. Second was slightly quieter with my kids who loved having a staff member engage in conversation with them which doesn't happen in many places I find. Staff were on it when it came to cleaning and the different areas to work on when serving. Makes a difference when there's welcoming staff.
