Ordered 2 pieces of 1 piece chicken. Bath branch always give drumsticks which is juicy. Over here they given me 2 pieces of breast via drive through; 1 of them looks very much darker than ordinary, believed it had been fried for more than once. Ahhh, what a disappointment.

The food was overall really good — fresh, tasty, and exactly what you would Expect. Everything came out hot and well-prepared, which definitely made the visit enjoyable. However, the staff experience wasn’t the best. Service felt a bit rushed and not very friendly, which took away from what could have been a great stop. The atmosphere of the restaurant was decent — clean enough and comfortable, but nothing particularly special or memorable. Overall, great food carries the experience, but better customer service would make a big difference

This is related to your Chippenham, Bath Road store. I want to be clear your team there are amazing and there is one young lady who always goes above and beyond with service. But your store is awful, there is no air conditioning which makes the store unbearably hot, sickeningly so. I haven’t ordered as it is ridiculously hot and I have seen others leave your oven of a store. I did ask one of the team and they explained that the air conditioning wasn’t functioning. I feel expecting your customers to be in a store to order food and with eat in available and yet you don’t create a suitable enviro
