Delicious coffee as always. I tried the matcha latte for the first time, and it's very good. The famous lemonade is divine, my daughter makes me come back many times because of it 🤣Welcoming atmosphere.

Just attended here for a snack.Absolute abysmal service. The staff were rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. We were treated with a lack of basic courtesy and professionalism, which made the entire experience unpleasant. Customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately that was nowhere to be seen during our visit. Very very disappointing.

Drinks were nice. However the staff were not on the ball this morning. They failed to make my partner’s drink, she stood there waiting for about ten minutes for it. She tried to get their attention on multiple occasions but they ignored her. This upset her and I had to get up and sort it out. More staff required on a Saturday so they can deal with customer issues better! I’m sure profits are well enough considering the busyness of the cafe’s and the prices of their products to be able to hire a few extra bodies!
