Came with a group of friends and were treated like delinquents. I expect the same treatment as a paying customer would. Staff were impatient as I tried to get everyone’s order and were rude when I finally placed my order. I payed a lot of money for the food and drinks (that weren’t even good quality) I purchased and so I don’t expect me and my friends to treated like a group of rowdy teens. We were quiet and respectful and were just looking for somewhere to stay warm and have a drink. It’s appalling. And to my horror it was the store manger encouraging this behaviour. I invested in this property around five years ago, yet it has remained empty all this time. We discovered this branch completely by chance: we were participating in the makers market and were placed a few doors down. We found the staff to be friendly and welcoming despite the shop being incredibly busy. Delicious coffee as always and the mango and passion fruit coolers are blended to perfection!
