Had an absolutely brilliant meal at the Millpool Pub today. 🍽️ The roast dinner was spot on - perfectly cooked beef, rich gravy, fluffy mash and one of the biggest Yorkshire puddings I’ve ever seen! Everything tasted homemade and full of flavour, with generous portions and proper pub comfort food done right. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, staff were friendly and attentive and the whole place had that classic cosy pub feel you want from a Sunday roast spot. Definitely worth a visit if you’re after quality food, good service and a relaxed atmosphere. Will 100% be coming back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Popped in this evening for a drink and was feeling peckish. Asked the friendly guy behind the bar if they would be able to cook me some cheesy chunky chips with jalapeños and bbq sauce. He and the chef understood the assignment and served me up with the best ones I’ve had in a pub yet! Absolutely spot on. Thanks again for accommodating my odd request. They were so good! 🤤

I have been here 3 times recently, once for baby shower, once for lunch and once for dinner. The food was lovely each time. The atmosphere is great, staff have been friendly and more than happy to help. Will definitely be visiting again!
