One of my favourite Costas, hands down. The team on London Road in Cowplain are genuinely welcoming every single time I visit, and there's always such a relaxing atmosphere. Whether I've got ten minutes or an hour to spare, it's the perfect spot. Can't recommend it enough.

I visited this Costa today and was really disappointed with the hygiene standards. Several opened milk bottles were left out on the counter at room temperature, not in a fridge or any chilled system. I sat inside for over 30 minutes, and nothing changed — the bottles stayed out the entire time. In the last 10 minutes no customers were served, yet the milk was still sitting there getting warm. This is not safe food practice, especially for dairy. I’ve attached a photo taken during my visit. I hope management takes this seriously, because this definitely needs to be addressed.

I visited with my sister, niece, little great nephew and our dog. All the staff were friendly. Our drinks and food were lovely. When we had finished, the young lady who cleared the table was so nice and offered to get my niece a glass of water as she was breastfeeding at the time. Wonderful service and so welcoming. Definitely recommend.
