Overall a good experience. The (Philly cheese) burger could have been hotter but was acceptable and a nice taste. The fries were lovely hot and fresh. Customer service for me was great. I do not usually frequent McDonald's. It looks like a tough job in that busy kitchen.

Our delivery order is literally wrong everytime. Every time. 4/6 burgers today were wrong, all customisations had been ignored. Also always takes ages to deliver, which is understandable but frustrating when you wait an hour for food that's all wrong or items completely missing. The staff are helpful, but if you order through uber, it's 'out of their hands'. Extremely frustrating to order online from here, everytime.

Out of the 3 Mcdonalds in the area this one is the worst, Went in to collect an app order and it was quick, but by the time we got back to the car the chips were stone cold, so they do not prepare the chips fresh, they were actually getting hard to swallow, if I wanted warmer chips I would be better going to the bin in the portadown McDonald's. The mcflurry was nice but the same mcflurry I got from another mcdonalds the prior week was filled, this one was half the amount, but did not affect the flavour. The burger was decent, still felt warm and had a good amount of sauce. The staff seemed

Do you want to know it's so nice when you order an ice cream and it's been delivered to your home and it takes an hour and a half so when you order finally arrived to your home it's water such a great place
