I hadn’t been to Burger King in about five years, and after this visit, it might be another five (or more) before I go back. Despite the restaurant being far from busy, it took over 12 minutes to serve a basic meal. When it finally arrived, the burger was completely tasteless—dry, bland, and utterly forgettable. The portion of fries was laughably small, barely filling half the container. To be fair, the girl at the counter did apologise for the wait, but that was the only positive. Leftover food on most tables, filthy soda machines out of stock of most drinks. Unswept floor. Kitchen in the back seemed clean though the staff did not. Can only order via a touch screen, one of which wasn't working so there was a large queue. Automation is not a replacement for human service. Despite being a new shiny restaurant somehow has dive-bar vibes. Food was nice, burgers were neatly assembled instead of smashed together in the large hardon collider but overall is overpriced for what it is. Always get our order right. Nice food and great service. Only once have a gone and been dissapointed....This burger I got should of been called the big greasy cause it was super greasy. See pics. Also some pf the stickers that was on the tables to show the QR code have started to come off and now are just colecting dirt which is abit gross.

The behavior of some of your staff is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Customers do not come here to pay and be treated poorly in return. Lack of attention, inappropriate tone, and zero accountability clearly show weak training and poor supervision. When respect is missing, neither food quality nor brand reputation means anything.
