Although the staff are lovely, service is very slow which causes a build up and busy atmosphere. The coffee and food are okay but recently the automatic door has been nonfunctional and as my hands were full yesterday with takeaway cups, a kind stranger had to pry the door open to let me out.

Called in today 13th May around lunchtime. Ordered 2 Flat Whites which were excellent, worth the 5 star rating. Compared to the ones served yesterday in Sanbach they were as different as chalk and cheese. I took a photo of the coffees so that next time I get served "dishwater" I can show them how a decent Flat White should look.

I visited on 13/05/2026 and unfortunately found the overall experience very disappointing. The atmosphere gave the impression that staff were uninterested and unwilling to assist customers. I ordered a black coffee and toast to eat in. Although there were plenty of available tables, none had been cleaned. I waited for quite some time expecting a member of staff to clear and clean a table, but no one came. Eventually, I had to seat myself at a dirty table. After finishing both my coffee and toast, there was still no sign of any staff attending to the tables or checking on customers. The level o

Nice coffee shop, food looked good. Tables and floor clean. Staff were distracted chatting with each other and a little disorganised. Toilets are at the back of the store and were clean enough but not great. Plenty of parking available right outside. Loads of other shops in the retail park.
