One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I ordered a burrito bowl and was genuinely shocked at the portions. The server piled in two huge scoops of rice that practically filled the bowl, then added what looked like barely half a scoop of chicken and a tiny sprinkle of cheese. I wasn’t paying for a bowl of rice with a hint of chicken—I ordered a chicken burrito bowl. The ratio of ingredients was ridiculous.
