Jo Richardson★★★★★

Stopped in for a pub dinner here on the way home the other night and had a very pleasant time. Nice, welcoming pub and staff, felt very cheery with the Christmas decorations. Dinner was excellent and arrived very promptly, despite it being relatively busy, and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Also: extra kudos for having proper custard! Will definitely come again. (Can't comment on the hotel obviously as we didn't stay). There is a large car park for visitors.

The Whole truth★★★★★

I was made to feel very welcome by Jess. Friendly and courteous. Service with a smile. The food was amazing, better than the usual pub grub taste, thank you to the chef. We.had just the perfect evening. Me and my wife are looking forward to returning here in the future.

Dined here last Tuesday (early evening ) and had not booked a table. Staff very efficient and friendly . Had Battered cod and chips and was outstanding. Crispy ,tasty & hot . Followed by beautiful Baileys Crème Brûlée for which I can say is amongst the best I’ve ever had .. Would recommend you should give this eatery a try..

Josee Parmley★★★★★

Staff lovely. Room spotless. Good breakfast and good menu for dinner. Only complaint is the pillows are like bricks so take your own if you like soft pillows
