Busy wee shop as they all are. Just wanted to take the time to commend the lovely wee wife with glasses. Fantastic customer service and always pleasant and helpful. A lot of people may not be suited to retail, this colleague is a gem and should be recognised, she sets the standard for customer sevice.

I was there as a food delivery courier. Their behavior was very, very rude because we are of a different color than them. They kicked my food bag and threw it to the other side. And the way they responded to us was different from others. If you care about equality and think that all people are equal, do not shop at this store. Thank you.

I love greggs food and cakes, but wish they kept their hot food actually hot and not just lukewarm. I also miss the fact they were bakers and sold proper bread and loads of cakes. Their range is so limited now. Still love them, though.
