Well it is a bog standard Burger King so I didnt expect any major atmosphere. As for the food it was also pretty standard. The staff were friendly but seemed quite confused when it came to orders, one of our group had to wait quite a while for his food and when this was brought to the attention of they staff they were under the impression that he had already received his food. They quickly got to work on it but in the process they gave him the wrong meal anyway. The staff were incredibly apologetic though.

I had a pleasant experience while visiting the Cwmbran BK recently, would definitely recommend to others since the food I ordered was so delicious, fresh and perfectly cooked just the way I wanted it... The best thing I noticed is that the manager and staffs were very friendly with the customers, they were quick in serving and very polite. The atmosphere was average though. Will visit again for the food, friendly management and staffs.😊👌
