The best vegetarian Full English breakfast and the best pancakes I've had in Darlington. Generous portions and the veg Full English breakfast was spot on. We also had Nutella pancakes and they were amazing. So fluffy and were served with plenty of Nutella, berries, cream and brownie pieces. As I was in a rush I ordered them for collection and I could not believe how good they were portioned, beautifully served and how bigger the portions were, compared to many other places I have tried.Highly recommended and I can see myself driving to MJ's Cake Cafe in the future whenever I fancy a 'good' bre

We after come here and always have a beautiful experience. Today’s visit we were told that they have new options on their already fabulous menu ! I ordered THE GREEK French toast, WOW! Beautifully presented, a good portion size, freshly made with all tasty ingredients. The service here is second to none, we are always greeted with a smile and given time of the staff. A little chat, kindness and genuine interest . This makes all the difference to our experience and visit . I can’t wait to try more new options from the menu !

Lovely cafe serving lovely food. The outdoor seating is a real boon on a nice sunny day. Had the best Peach Melba ever there and the scones are really nice to. The cooked savoury food is fabulous, I had the vegetarian breakfast and it's one of the best. Really nice cappuccino too, and good and hot the way I like it.
