Honestly hands down the most stressful, inconvenient experience I’ve ever had. Not listening to orders properly due to the lack of work ethic. Had to park up for fresh fries because they thought it would be good to hand out freezing cold fries. Then forgot my 20 nuggets turns out they didn’t put them on because they think talking to each other is more important than actually doing their job. Shift managers don’t care enough. Worst food I've ever had a at a Mackie, overcook almost burnt, so hard to eat you could chip a tooth on that chicken breast. Even the apple desert seemed to have travel from Africa!

I genuinely don’t know how the drive-thru at McDonald’s - Darwen Services manages to turn fast food into a slow-motion disaster, but they’ve mastered it. The queue moved at the speed of tectonic plates. Great place for a day out with family or friends. The guided tour is very interesting and best to visit weekends to get the courtroom tour as during the week then courtroom tour is not available. Great cafe with reasonably priced food. Tour is not wheelchair accessible
