Lovely supermarket, with friendly and helpful staff. What lets it down is the car park. It’s time Waitrose sought a location with better parking. I am disabled and there have been many times recently when all the blue badge bays have been full and I’ve resorted to doing my shopping at Tesco. Please sort this out.

This store has gone downhill and down in customer service offerings stock levels are often low on some products and can take weeks to replenish at times or even just become discontinued for no apparent reason and staff have no idea so they just make up a story that doesn’t make sense. (Just say you don’t know). Tills are not manned, every customer is expected to self scanned now and you have to request for someone to man a checkout (not worth the wait any more) deli counters close early, rotisserie chickens never seem to be available and they refuse to honour requests or orders for them. store

Waitrose is a very clean and well-organized store, with everything neatly arranged on the shelves, making shopping easy and pleasant. They bake excellent rolls and baguettes, which are always fresh and delicious. There is also a great selection of meats and hams, with a special highlight being the German hams. The only downside is that the prices are slightly on the higher side.
