We ordered from an unwelcoming lady behind the till.. one of the desserts was a frosted crunch... Pudding arrived before cutlery and the dish the peanut crunch was extremely hot, being placed on the table without any warning at all my wife went to move the dish donut was central on the plate and burnt the tips of her fingers!! We advised one of the young men behind the counter and he said sorry, offerings scoop of ice cream as some kind of recompence. I caught the girl staring at us as I glanced up and she said sorry to me from a distance but not my wife who had been burnt... Disappointed and

Amazing place for a dessert and a sit down to have a chat. A vast menu of ice cream, waffles, crepes and a good selection of coffee too. Very ‘American’ looking jazzy place with lots of sitting places. They can make you almost anything you ask for. The ice cream is clearly of high quality and you can really taste the difference. A few ‘out there’ flavours but definitely worth a try! Got served very quickly and clearly they take C19 into consideration all the time. Tables cleaned straight away and staff very helpful too. Good to see the staff smiling and cheerful. Will definitely be going there

Its always empty and yet the tables are often have plates, bowls etc left there by previous customers. Like everywhere the prices are slowly creeping up but i think its still fairly good value for money.

Food is nice although it's just too sweet for my taste. Presentation is....well....the extra ice cream in the little bowl was just put on the plate, slid into the chocolate of the main meal. A sign by the till said waiting time was 20-30 minutes from the time of ordering. Ours took 40 and everything was served one by one. Consequently all of our meals were served luke warm to cold... The ice cream is nice tho and we did get the free birthday milkshake (our visit was on a birthday).
