This cafe is consistently leaving a shutter down over the accessible changing places toilet ( accessible toilet with adult rated hoist ) this is a radar key toilet listed on the changing places website on the side of the cafe building. When I asked the staff why the shutter is down still at 3pm I was told to wait for a manager (about 5 mins) then he said he doesn’t open it he just waits for people to come in and ask. The cafe is on another side of the building to the toilet, accessible only by steps and a steep ramp with no accessible doors. Then when I asked for an email address to speak to

Worst shop ! They gave half filled coffee! They are not serious about serving! With no smiles on their faces! A guy from India works there who took my order after starting talking to girl and didn’t care about anything! Was looking at me very rudely does seem to care about

Visited last Thursday as a support worker with vulnerable adults who have learning difficulties. We sat on the picnic benches outside while they ate their packed lunches (some due to dietary needs). I was supervising and waiting for my colleague to return before going in to order, as I couldn’t leave them unattended. A male staff member (older, short, no hair) approached and told one of the people I support he couldn’t sit there unless he was a paying customer. I explained I would be purchasing shortly, but he was abrupt and pointed at one of the clients eating, saying they couldn’t eat their
