Sharing my complaint here as there doesn’t seem to be another way to report issues with this restaurant. Ordered food this evening, delivered by UberEats, only to receive the order with missing items. This is NOT the first time, in fact it happens regularly when receiving food for this particular branch. Not only that, one of the burgers had half a beef patty and garnish missing, as seen in photos. Tired of receiving such poor service and would like to request contact from management regarding this. We're spending money, only not to receive what we paid for, or receive it in an unacceptable

Staff lovley food not so Visited here over the weekend for some lunch we were in the area. Staff were really friendly to us and my girls and we got some vouchers for offers on food. This was a lovely gesture. Sadly the food wasnt brilliant we found it to be not very hot and the milkshake wasnt very cold

Went in to order breakfast and apparently touching a customer's food barehand even when asked for gloves to be worn is preposterous as "the staffs wash their hands every 30 mins and are not required to wear gloves". Apparently "it is unreasonable to ask the staff to wear gloves that would need to be changed after every order." Even after I raised concerns of previous food posioning, the manager was unbothered and referred to a 5 star rating. Don't usually post reviews but my experience at this maccies has always been positive. The staff have always been polite and welcoming, even when there is a massive rush going on which is normal for this place especially during lunch time. The food is always lovely from this maccies, never had to deal with the worng order or cold food. Prefer to come in during dinner time as that's when I'm less likely to run into the awful entitled customers who ruin the experince for other customers and the staff working.
