We went there without having a reservation (the place is really busy, bookings are highly recommended). They managed to find us a table (for two). We sat in the second room in the ground floor. The ambience was pleasant, although I will suggest to add some sort fabrics (curtains or tapestry on the wall, to reduce the noise - that's why I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere). The food was great. For starter we had antipasti do carne, which was a tasty selection of cold meats with some bread and butter. The mains were super delicious. Iv been here before, my past experiences had been rather amazing, infact I actually ordered the carbonara the first time I was here and it was perfect. This time when I had ordered the carbonara, i wasn’t really able to taste it as it was drenched in pepper. Mind you there is pepper on the table to allow customers to add however much they’d like. Staff were really friendly though, I will still be back because I think this was an honest mistake

I wanted to love this place but we had a very disappointing experience here. Firstly, the revolving door was forcibly kept closed with a chair stuck in it, so the door to the side of it was kept wide open, resulting in a cold breeze coming in on top of people eating. The exterior of restaurant needs TLC, as is looking very run down, also the toilets are down a steep stairs and are not well maintained at all- dirty stairwell with chipped paint. We were shown to our seats and given menus, after 10 minutes somebody came to take drink orders. We waited another 15 minutes, then a waitress came to
