Just Someone★Delivery took 2 hours, food freezing. Forgot straws and sauce. This is both with Uber eats through the McDonald's app (there's no way to complain) and through Just Eat. Usually a good customer but I won't be back.
TheGman 8★McDonald’s in Dundonald is getting worse. We just bought two McCrispy chicken burgers which look amazing in all of their promotion pictures but when we opened the box it looked like they were thrown together by a nursery school child. The chicken was definitely crispy as it was over cooked and the taste overall was bland. It wasn’t worth the money and I feel cheated. I couldn’t even review my visit as there was no receipt provided for the visit. If we hadn’t been in a hurry and used the drive through I would have taken the burgers back for a refund. Never again!
Sands★★★The drive through is a nightmare. Sometimes it takes over 15 minutes on a Friday night. Generally the staff aren't friendly compared to other branches. Sometimes they don't even speak they just hand the food out. My daughter likes the food but sometimes it's not overly hot.
