As always an absolutely delicious lunch at Ashiqs’s today. We had poppodoms & the chutney tray, vegetable pakora, Seekh kebab, Lamb Madras, Chicken tikka passanda with pilau rice and a garlic Naan.

Absolutely disgraceful. Waited 3 hours and 7 minutes for a delivery after being chased up by 4 telephone calls with different reasons given for the delay. If the order had been misplaced at least be honest about it. Don't say it's on it's way when it clearly isn't!! Not even an apology. Couldn't fault the food though but would have been more enjoyable if received within a reasonable time.

Delicious curries. Set meal for £13.95 for a starter and a main was good. Service was a little slow on a Tuesday weeknight, but understand there was a staff short that day. Food more than made up for it though!

Ordered lamb rogan josh. Looked like normal curry with a spoonful of tomato sauce on top. The curry just tasted of heat, no tomato and definitely no yogurt, just spice. The free popadoms and spiced onions were nice though. 🤷‍♀️ Delivered in time given.
