What has happened to Pizza Express?! Horrified by the cost of this monstrosity! Bought as a takeaway for my mother in law….dry as a bone, doughy, chewy uncooked pizza, scant tomato sauce, ‘salad’ was just dry spinach leaves, just appalling. Will never return (this is one on Trinity Road, Tooting). No wonder it’s empty most of the time! (She left it and went hungry it was that bad).

We come here regularly, at least twice a month after hockey! It’s such a great spot to go with children — especially with the Golden Status on the app (kids meal for free). Great prices for drinks (cheaper than most pubs!) and the app makes everything so easy to order and pay. Always a lovely experience

I had a disappointing experience at PizzaExpress today as a delivery driver. Several drivers were waiting for orders, but instead of preparing the delayed orders, staff continued packing other orders. When we asked for an update, we were told arrogantly that it would take another 30 minutes. The two women packing orders today were disrespectful and unprofessional toward delivery drivers. Delays can happen, but treating drivers with respect is important. I hope management improves both order management and staff behavior toward drivers.
