We visited the Swan Centre in Eastleigh on the last day of our Winchester trip with the kids, and it turned out to be a lovely experience. There was plenty of pay and display parking available on the ground floor, which made things easy right from the start. We did some shopping and had food here – everything was convenient and family-friendly. What really stood out was how peaceful and quiet it was, almost miraculously so, considering it’s a busy area. A well located shopping centre in the centre of town offering variety of stores and coffee shops but quite a few premises are empty and locked shut. This gives an impression of underused and a place with slightly dull atmosphere. However, there’s a large car park and variety of other shopping facility in the area.

My daughter and I parked up to go to the cinema and thought we’d stop in while we were there. Excellent parking facilities with nice wide spaces plenty of variety in the shops. Shame to see some empty though, hopefully not for long.
