“The takeaway malai kofta was very disappointing. The kofta balls were extremely hard, like stones, and seemed undercooked. Even after reheating, they stayed hard and unpleasant to eat. After eating a small amount, we experienced stomach upset. The taste and overall quality were poor. I wouldn’t recommend this place.”

Ordered a takeaway from here, placed online and after over an hour of no order delivered, chased it up. The reality is that the order was not even fulfilled and chased up several times. Eventually it arrived over 2 hours later, meal had gone cold and my rice had a hair in it. Never ordering from here again and do not recommend.

Vegetarian main dishes paneer tikka masala and Kadhai paneer masala taste is not match like punjabi sabji. kadhai Paneer Masala’s taster like Sev tameta Sabji. If customer is not satisfied with main course there is no meaningful you change the main course

Purple Flame heard lots of good & bad reviews about this place, in fact after going there after nearly 3 years the food wasn’t bad at all great improvement. Some dishes obliviously better than others even been a local resident I’ve ordered takeaways which again wasn’t bad. Atmosphere & ambience is still the same staff are great even tho they take time to take orders for food & drinks as family of 12 you have to call staff over, where as a staff member with big group should mainly focus on that table. Overall would go back & still order takeaways on certain items …!!
