Went to Dine for their martini experience. Can’t believe I didn’t know about this gem before now! For £35 you get five martinis which in itself is excellent but it’s not just sat at the bar being served. You get your own bartender sitting with you and as they make the martini in front of you, they chat you through the history of the martini and each variation. Lovely restaurant beside the Usher Hall. The service at our table was excellent and our food tasted great. It's lively restaurant small but busy. Our disappointment lead from over hearing the staff gossiping about customers twice at the front desk and then at the bar.

Held my 30th birthday dinner here and we were not disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious and so beautifully presented, the cocktails and other alcoholic drinks were also equally wonderful. The atmosphere was light and although there was some noise it was nice to see so many tables of happy diners (us included!). All of the staff were so kind and friendly, each of them personally wishing me a happy birthday and singing it to me when my cake was brought out.
