Absolutely amazing little Georgian bistro on Leith Walk! The atmospheric Georgian music and thoughtful interior details instantly set the mood and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. We ordered the Adjarian khachapuri with egg and classic khinkali — both were absolutely delicious! Everything was freshly prepared: the cheese was perfectly stretchy, the khinkali filling was juicy and full of flavour, and the dough was thin and delicate.
