During my visit I felt uncomfortable with the way the food was served. Some of the fries had fallen out of the carton and were touching the tray, and the knife and fork were placed directly on the tray without a napkin underneath. For me, this does not feel hygienic. I often notice staff moving between different tasks, such as handling the till and serving food, which makes me more aware of hygiene concerns. Because of this, seeing food and cutlery placed directly on the tray left me feeling uneasy and reluctant to eat them. I understand that trays are cleaned, but from a customer's perspectiv

Popped in for a quick breakfast between appointments and while the food was good, the service from the manager at the first window left a lot to be desired. I appreciate she may have been busy, but that doesn't excuse being rude, rushing me, and being disinterested when I'm at the window. No manners, no eye contact. Nothing. She didn't even leave the window open long enough to check my payment had gone through. It isnt asking much for decent customer service. The young lady on the second window was pleasant. Maybe the manager could learn from her staff.

We placed an order for 10 chicken nuggets(a 4 pack and 6) only to receive 8 after waiting over half an hour. Only to discover the tag for the finished order was 10 minutes before we got it. Meaning it was sitting there while the staff chatted to themselves and neglecting not just ours but a fair amount of people orders. I expect little from a fast food chain and yet I was still disappointed by the truly poor management and staff.

A great McDonald's with fantastic staff and management that always get it right so if there was a reward for a McDonald's restaurant this one is highly recommended as great workers there, crunchy fries and delicious food
