The Scottish Breakfast was amazing, everything cooked to perfection with amazing flavors. I love the small, local feel I got when stepping in, and even though it's a small place, the menu was vast and the pastries looked delectable. When I'm back in Edinburgh, I'm definitely stopping in again.

We were visiting Edinburgh for six days. We walked by the Richmond Café a couple of times and kept telling ourselves we need to stop in there. Finally the morning of our departure we went in for breakfast. We met the manager Mustafa. He was awesome. Breakfast was great. I had pancakes and bananas and my wife had a traditional English breakfast. The coffee was great. Service was great atmosphere was great highly recommend it. Check it out.

One of my favourite cafes in Edinburgh. Always come for the Meze and the hospitality. The owner is a great guy and always makes people feel welcomed.

Jonathan Fisher★★★★★

This family owned cafe is well deserving of 5 stars. Their staff are friendly, cheerful and attentive. The food is delicious, well presented and their portions are generous. Personally I feel that they serve the best coffee in Edinburgh. I would highly recommend giving them a visit and trying out their great menu. They're also dog friendly.
