Balanced & Heartfelt ✨ We visited as a family of 7 and had an absolutely fantastic experience! We were served by Ani, who was simply wonderful. She was incredibly friendly, polite, and full of warmth. What impressed us most was her amazing patience—we took quite a while deciding on our order, but Ani never rushed us at all and remained helpful and smiling the whole time. She is such a respectful and lovely lady from Zimbabwe 🇿🇼💖. Service like this is rare and truly makes the visit special. Ordered delivery 4 times, each time asked for a side of peri peri chips, received normal chips. Incompetent staff that will be working there forever with this service. Wouldn't have left a review, but the nandos contact us button will only allow calls so Google review it is. Not talking to people that can't even get an order right 4 times, probably won't understand the complaint 😂

It’s always this Nando’s that has poor customer service and poorly trained staff. It was very quiet yesterday and it took me 15 minutes to place an order for food with only 1 person in the queue. There was around 4 staff member's behind the till not busy, a manager sitting on a tablet and a lady manager walking around clueless. After 10 minutes of waiting to order I asked the lady manager in red if someone can serve me as I’ve been waiting 10 minutes she didn't responded and said 1 minute with her finger. Had a wonderful experience in Windsor Nandos! Great food and great service. We were served by a young gentleman named Adam who had an unforgettable charm. He was super helpful when it came to ordering our food and really made the whole experience feel a lot easier. It’s nice seeing more people these days have the pride and passion in the things they do.
