Staff always pleasant. Though shame that whilst waiting to be served in the cafe, the man working never acknowledged me whilst walking up and down working but acknowledged someone two customers back by name. A little thing like that would be nicer as we're all paying customers.

Sue (lady with mousy brown short hair and big glasses) was working on the desk today where you can buy cigarettes, I tried to buy some but didn’t have my ID. I’m 30 years old, but I definitely looking over 25. But tbf I didn’t have my ID so it is my own fault. But she just said no and was very happy and smiley to say no, she really enjoyed saying no. I just think she’s very rude.

Sue on the cigarette counter, needs some customer service training! She has a very poor attitude, appears to enjoy rejecting people for goods who are clearly over 18. She aggravates situations by smugly smiling at customers, as opposed to listening and being a reasonable human being. I’m 34 years old, my 63 year old mother was trying to buy some cigarettes and she refused because I was with her. I’m clearly over 25, I was able to provide 4 forms of identification on my phone. Would really advise people not to order from this store on Uber. For the second time we've had mouldy fruit and vegetables picked by Waitrose staff who clearly don't care about the customer experience unlike other stores I visit. After calling store again once again I'm faced with staff that are quick to brush off problems as it's an outsourced delivery when in fact it's their staff that pick the products. Not impressed at all with this store once again.
