Asha Day★Really poor, non existent, customer service. When formal complaint made. No response as was promised after investigation (over a week ago) by one of the store deputy managers. Spent over £500 in store could not get a member of staff to help me put a large parcel in the car. Explained I had only just got out of hospital. In tears in the car park and a young lad, customer helped me. Staff just want to talk to each other… store not busy. Customer service counter staff wouldn’t even request help over the tannoy system. I have had to give 1 star to get this review posted..
Marcus Potter★25th may 12:05 My child got souted at wils I was unlcoking my bike from one of the troly collecters, short brown women, I told her not to shout at my child then she sed she was going to ban me from that shop! Funny part is I know the saquite person as there a family freind and I talk everyday too the amazing people at the self check out, I really did not expect one person who works with collecting trolys too sout at my child when he was already moving out the way as I asked him. Next time I go in ill get her name and go too the manager.
