Had a great meal at Chennai Dosa in Coventry. We ordered naan, paneer, dosa, and gobi manchuria, and everything was really good. The naans were especially outstanding fresh, soft, and full of flavour. A special mention to Sanjiv, who made the naans perfectly. The food was delicious, the portions were good, and the overall experience was enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

Food: perfectly average. Service: a masterclass in confidence and time travel. Was told — very confidently — one dish would take 5 minutes (apparently “very simple”) and another 20. Somehow that turned into 30+ minutes, while tables that arrived after me were happily eating. Only after asking did the “20-minute” dish appear… which makes me think the “5-minute” one was still in the brainstorming phase. Great place if you enjoy bold promises and flexible timelines.
