Utter joke. My meal was ready and waiting to collect on the counter. None of the staff bothered to call the number out. Just left it there. After five minutes I go and ask and they say it was ready. By this time everything in the bag was stone cold. Too many of the managers in white shirts were chatting rather than getting on with the job in hand.

​I visited the McDonald's at Falkirk Retail Park and was really impressed by how clean the place was. The staff were fantastic—every single member of staff I passed gave me a smile and a polite good morning, which made for a really welcoming atmosphere. ​My order was ready really quickly. Instead of just handing it over, the person at the counter actually confirmed the order with me first and stayed right there until I was sorted. Excellent, polite service.

Perfect position for after shopping experience. Drive through is quick. Walking in, ordering and receiving food is quite quick. Helpful, friendly staff. Always cleaning out bins. Plenty condiments always available. Plenty seating inside with a great atmosphere.

When you order at the drive thru. They bring your order to the car. You arrive home and discover. A burger and dips ate missing. You travel all the way back. No apology no complementary anything. Poor show
