Disappointed. Despite the staff members being lovely and welcoming, the chips were just not something to rave about. We ordered a portion of chips to go, and although the portion wasn’t too bad, could’ve been better, the quality of them were almost inedible, though I ate them because I hadn’t eaten all day and don’t like to waste food unless it makes me feel sick. The chips were extremely soggy, so much so, the fork wouldn’t pick any of them up, and ended up with a box of mashed potato. The chips were piping hot, however some of them weren’t cooked enough, tasted very starchy and firm texture.

No food is ready when you order, you have to wait on the food being cooked, and this can take upto fifteen minutes sometimes. Also, the staff had difficulty getting my order right, and despite asking for salt and vinegar, there was none put on my food. Disappointing, when you get back to your car and discover this. If you're in a hurry, go somewhere else.

Ordered a delivery from here for the first time a few days ago. Got a large single fish, fish had been layered, with brown sauce only squirted over the top. Fish was lovely so ordered again tonight and specifically asked in the notes for brown sauce on both bits of fish and not just the top bit. Notes were ignored and no brown sauce on the bottom bit of fish, sadly won't be ordering from here again :(

Will get something from here once a month and never ever disappointed with the service or the quality of the food. A staple of the local community. Cannot recommend higher!
