I had a great experience at Shakedown — the food was top quality, especially the burgers which were cooked perfectly and full of flavour. You can really tell they care about what they’re serving. What made the visit even better was the service. Taslima and Koyes were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout. They went out of their way to make sure everything was right, which made a big difference. Overall, excellent food, great atmosphere, and outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a proper burger spot.

Great menu. Fresh and tasty food. Very friendly and polite staff. There are cheaper places locally but the quality isn’t as good in my opinion. You can easily come and sit in on your own or bring a large group of friends with plenty of seats available My meal was only marginally over £22 because of the extra drink and dip but could very easily eat a great meal in here for £12.

Ordered the zesty chicken burger, the beefed up burger, mozzarella sticks and the BBQ chicken wings. The chicken was really well cooked, nice and juicy. The buffalo sauce which I ordered in addition to the zesty burger was particularly amazing and definitely needed as it seemed like they added a slightly different, more diluted sauce to the burger. Seriously some of the worst food I have eaten ever, I eat out two to three times a week. I travel all over due to my job. I was with a friend up in Manchester and I asked him where is good to eat and he took me here. I felt sorry for him. Ppl in Manchester have no clue. Poor thing. The burger was very greasy and the cheese loaded fries were just cheap quality frozen and the loaded cheese was just a white sauce made with plain flour with cheese flavouring. Honestly they didn't even mix the flour with milk or water you could taste the raw flour. My friend paid and for two meals out was £37.
