I tried this restaurant for the first time tonight, and it was better than I expected. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I entered, taken to my table, and the waiters were constantly ready and asking about my food and drinks. I was very hungry and the food arrived quickly. I chose the salads I wanted from the salad bar, they were delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice, and the waitresses are very positive and energetic, especially ( ruth ) I forgot to eat my food while watching them :)) I will definitely come again :)

This was a very disappointing experience. After we ordered, no one attended to us for about 15 minutes. We only saw a young lady cleaning tables the whole time. After a while, the salad bowls and drinks finally arrived. We waited nearly 30minutes for the steak. When it came, it was overcooked, dry, with no juice at all, and very tough to chew. It was nothing like the good steak we had last year. The service and food quality have dropped so much.

Food is standard, could be better. The salad bar is where it is at Callum our server was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. I was struggling to pick a dish and he helped me choose and suggested alterations. Atmosphere is standard for a family restaurant.

Very busy, understaffed, salad bar not topped up, had a mixed grill, no gammon a chicken in breadcrumbs instead yes was told but was not expecting overcooked dried out onion rings, breaded chicken, steak and chips that tasted like they had been in a dish with that just been washed. Was not a good overall experience for a first time visit after refurbishment.
