I am so happy I came to this store. I was having a really bad day and went to get a coffee to go. I had a really nice message on my lid saying "you can do anything" I decided to sit in a while and got a little emotional. A lady who works here came over to see if I was alright, turns out she was the manager of the shop. She sat and chatted with me and listened to my moaning willingly. After I felt a lot of relief, she said she couldn't let me leave with out choosing a cake and she paid for it! Honestly this lady and the team in the store were lovely my day is going to be a lot better thanks to

They go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, never making a fuss when I request a "Long Espresso," even though it's not on the menu.
