Was very busy yesterday, Sunday. All the tills were full and when I tried to return 2 items to Amazon I had to wait in another queue. All in all what was meant to be a quick visit took over half an hour. A shout-out to Mike the Security Guard. Imposing presence, smartly turned out and constantly on vigil. In my case he let me keave my briefcase at his station whilst i went shopping. Great stuff Mike. Shoplifters beware!

Large store with a good range of items. Have a Cake Box located within so able to purchase cakes for special occasions. Checkouts were busy but with the addition of self scan, meant did not have to wait a long tine. Ample parking on the lower ground which is validated once you have spent over a certain amount. Store is located a short walk from the High Street.

Ridiculous experience. My son chooses a toy, which was not scanning. The tot price was £8. After customer assistant could scan it I have been told that the price is £13 - on what basis I don't know. When I challenged it, the supervisor came and says it is £11. I have asked him to show me where is said £11 and he showed me something completely different. The top of the cake was when the manager came and said that this looks like a toy for £20. So if I don't want it for £11 it is not for sale. If it wasn't for my 3 year old crying for that toy I would just leave it. Clearly they need some traini
