Called in on Sunday morning at Fleetwood Rd Greenhalgh for a quick snack and drink. The place was filthy. There were two young members of staff talking together who hadn’t even attempted to clear tables. My partner cleared a table for us to sit at but staff didn’t even offer to wipe it over for us. My partner asked for a bun but called it the wrong name and the two staff sneered at each other. We were served our food in paper bags. I asked if we could have plates but they told us that they had run out. Horrendous atmosphere and even worse service.

I have been visiting this Starbucks for several years, and throughout this time one member of staff, Hayley, has consistently stood out for her exceptional service. Staff completely disinterested in what they are doing, my sausage sandwich was still cold no question on which sauce I wanted and the drink orders were not being announced so had to ask three members of staff to find out that it had been my drink sitting there for five minutes, needless to say to say I won’t be returning to this store, phone service is also poor in this store. Parking facilities allow for 90 minutes extendable but the tablet to extend was not working
