I tried a few items at Creams and had a lovely experience overall. The Cardamom Chai was a bit too sweet for my taste since I don’t really like sugary drinks, but the Masala Chai had the perfect sugar level for me, even though the flavor was a little light. The Hot Chocolate Fudge Cake was absolutely delicious and definitely my favorite. The restaurant itself is very clean and calm, which made it a nice place to sit and enjoy, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, a pleasant visit and I’d happily come back.

I ordered a waffle which came with chocolate fudge cake and ice cream. The fudge cake was rock hard and stale. The waffle it's self was ok but looks like it was made in a toastie maker . It was dead not alot of people in there considering it was a hot day. I will not recommend it and will not return. If it was really good it should have been buzzing given the warm weather that alone should have been a sign not to go in better off going to kfc or mcdonalds.

A member of staff asked if we had visited before and, when we said yes, told us to take menus and sit wherever we liked. We even double checked with another colleague before taking a seat. After a few minutes, we used the QR code on the table to place our order. However, after waiting around 25 minutes with no sign of our food being prepared or brought out, we went to the counter to check on it. At that point, we were info
