The Grant Arms is a traditional Pub. There is a wide variety of draught drinks but unfortunately no hand pulled real ales. The pub is more of a bar there is no pool table or dart board. The staff are very welcoming and the locals are very friendly. Close to the railway station it is worth a visit.

Visited today went to order food was told chef was lying sleeping on floor on break. Eventually ordered food took an hour one was chips curry sauce chips came on a plate with a mug which wasnt clean with the lumpy curry sauce in it not acceptable !!!!

Absolute gem of a place!! Food was cheap but good quality with good portions. Drink cheap and the staff helped create a great atmosphere. Was such a good place we stayed all night for karaoke with Gee. Will definitely be back!!
