Martin Smith★★★Food was really good traditional pub food. Would recommend. Service very slow and the two young servers clearly couldn't be bothered making an effort. Not a great selection on tap or alcohol free either. The fish and the pizzas were worth the visit though.
JEFF MCNEESE★★★★Our first experiences Scottish restaurant. We traditional Scottish food and drink traditional Scottish beer. The wind it up with the dessert was really good. Service was excellent. Not too crowded. Not too much noise and they played music by the Old Crow medicine show what more you want?.
1 1★I am Glaswegian, and very rarely do I venture a review on Glaswegian watering holes.. but i'm truly compelled to elucidate experience on this bar, after today. My father is 79, not the best walking person but walks with a limp and is tall. I neet my dad in bar.. sat, and after a few pints on a thursday afternoon (literally sitting with a few beers)... My dad goes down two steps towards bar, and you refuse to serve him. (Citing he is too drunk). Even though A) you knew we were quiet and i had already spoken to who i presume is a bar manager. B) I come to you to inform you of discrimination
Cairn 1902★★★★★An excellent pub/restaurant within reach of The Pavilion Theatre, Theatre Royal and Glasgow Royal Concert Hall. A very vibrant, atmospheric place serving excellent food with terrific staff. Advise booking. (PS - not a criticism - only accept cash.)
